Free shipping means the store pays the cost of delivering your order, so you pay only for the products. At Polkadot Store Online, standard shipping is free on every order; orders just need to reach our $150 minimum order.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We don't currently offer international shipping.
How long delivery takes
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Delivery: standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

What arrives at your door
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Learn more under Discreet Packaging. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it with the carrier.
Warm-weather tips
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. In summer, plan to bring your package inside soon after delivery, and store chocolate somewhere cool once it arrives. See Heat-Sensitive Shipping and Chocolate Storage for practical advice. Gummies and shots are less affected by warmth than chocolate, which makes them a good choice for hot months.
If something goes wrong
If a package arrives damaged or with the wrong items, contact us right away with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
